A Connected Approach to Player Development
At New Frontier, we believe player development should feel connected, not fragmented.
That’s why we’ve intentionally built an environment where mental performance, strength & conditioning, goalkeeping, and technical training are closely integrated into our club, aligned with our teams and how we train.
This creates a personal and consistent experience for every player.
One Environment. One Shared Purpose.
Our coaches and performance staff don’t work in isolation.
They communicate regularly, understand the needs of each team, and contribute to a shared development approach. This alignment allows us to move beyond generic programming and toward something far more impactful:
development that reflects the real experiences of our players.
Concept Fit - Connected to the Game
Our S&C program, delivered in partnership with Concept Fit, is built around the needs of our teams.
With a background in soccer, the staff understand the demands of the game and work closely with our coaches to adjust training based on schedules, match loads, and team priorities.
S&C is integrated into the overall development process, supporting players in a practical and relevant way.
Mental Performance: Built Around Real Moments
Our Mental Skills program is led by Kaylie Rodriguez, who also coaches within our club environment.
Where appropriate, sessions incorporate match footage, giving players the opportunity to review their own decisions, body language, and reactions in key moments. This creates a personalized learning experience that helps them better understand how they perform under pressure.
Goalkeeping: Aligned with How We Play
Our Goalkeeping Program, led by Natasha Harman, is fully embedded within the club.
As a coach within New Frontier, she understands our playing philosophy, how our teams build from the back, and what we ask of our goalkeepers in real match situations.
This allows goalkeeper training to stay aligned with team training, ensuring consistent messaging and a clearer development pathway for our players.
Peak Performance: Extra Work, With Purpose
Our Peak Performance program is an additional technical training option designed to align directly with what players are working on within their teams.
Overseen by Manny Petros, sessions are built around our game model and focus on the core player habits we’ve defined as a club.
What we train is how we play.
Why It Matters
When development is connected, players benefit.
They receive consistent messaging, relevant feedback, and support that reflects what actually happens on the field. Coaches and specialists are aligned, communication is ongoing, and every part of the program contributes to the same goal.
It’s an intentional approach. One that prioritizes personalization and consistency.
