Overview

Welcome to our Club Goalkeeper Program! Whether you're new to goalkeeping or looking to sharpen your skills, our sessions are designed to help you enjoy the position while building a solid technical foundation. Through fun, challenging games and small group coaching, goalkeepers of all levels can improve their performance and grow their confidence.

Natasha Harman leads our program with over 25 years of experience in competitive play as a goalkeeper at the Youth Tier 1, Women’s Premier, and Women’s Major League levels. She holds a Canada Soccer C License and is currently completing the Goalkeeper Diploma through Canada Soccer.

Joining Natasha is Luís “Lamá” Maimona João, former goalkeeper for the Angola National Team who competed in the 2006 World Cup and 2008 Africa Cup of Nations. He brings elite experience, having made over 300 club appearances with Petro Atlético de Luanda.

Senior players at the club provide additional coaching support to our younger players.

Key Program Features

Learning Through Play: We believe the best learning happens when players are enjoying themselves. Every activity is designed to help goalkeepers enjoy the position and build key skills in a positive environment.

Technical Development: From positioning and shot-stopping to handling and distribution, each session focuses on key goalkeeping techniques. Coaches provide clear instruction and repetition to help players develop good habits and improve over time.

Small Group Focus: With low coach-to-player ratios, goalkeepers receive individual feedback and support. This setting helps players learn at their own pace and build a strong connection with their coaches.

Real Game Scenarios: Sessions include game-like situations to help goalkeepers improve decision-making and reactions under pressure. This helps players apply what they’ve learned in training to real match moments.

Game Reviews with Coach Natasha

We’re excited to continue building our goalkeeper development program under the guidance of Coach Natasha. As part of this initiative, we’re offering Game Reviews, an opportunity for goalkeepers to receive personalized, professional feedback focused on their in-game performance.

Each review costs $50 per game and includes:

Game Observation: either in person by Coach Natasha or through game video.

A formalized performance report: detailing key moments, strengths, and targeted areas for growth.

We’ll be offering 4 Game Reviews this season, providing goalkeepers with valuable insights that directly translate to improved confidence, positioning, and decision-making in matches.

These reports can also be shared with your team’s head coach, allowing Natasha to provide valuable insight into how goalkeepers can continue developing their skills within regular team training environments.

If you’re interested in taking part, please reach out to reserve your review spot, spaces will be limited.
