New Frontier SC is proud to be one of Alberta’s fastest growing youth soccer clubs. As we prepare for our biggest season yet, we are seeking passionate coaches who want to be part of a club built on long-term player development, strong values, and a positive learning environment.
We are building something special, and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us.
Current Opportunities
We are currently recruiting coaches for the following phases:
Junior Program (U4–U9)
The Best Start for the Game’s Future Players. Our Junior Program focuses on creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where young players build confidence, coordination, and a love for the game.
Foundation Phase (U10–U12)
Building Strong Foundations for Long-Term Development. This phase emphasizes technical development and small group tactics, laying the groundwork for long-term success within the sport.
Formation Phase (U13–U15)
Shaping Competitive Players for the Next Level. This phase challenges players to elevate their standards, refine position-specific skills, and apply more advanced tactical concepts in a competitive setting that prepares them for higher levels of play.

We are seeking coaches who:
Have a genuine passion for the game and youth development
Create positive, challenging, and inclusive training environments
Demonstrate strong character, leadership, and professionalism
Are committed to continuous growth and learning
Coaching experience and qualifications are important. However, we place equal value on finding the right people - individuals who align with our club culture and represent New Frontier Soccer Club with integrity.
