Two Frontier Stars Selected for Whitecaps Academy

Everyone at our club is incredibly proud to congratulate two outstanding young players, Cole Krala and Nathan Siasia, on their selection to the full-time Vancouver Whitecaps FC Academy program. Both players will be moving to Vancouver this summer to begin the next exciting chapter in their football journeys.

This incredible opportunity came about through their selection into the Calgary-based Vancouver Whitecaps Prospects Program, where they trained and competed for six months. The program culminated in a showcase event in Vancouver against other Whitecaps Prospects centres from across the country, and both players made a tremendous impression.

Cole Krala – Hard Work, Belief, and Passion

2011-born Cole Krala joined New Frontier as a beginner at the U11 level, and since then his development has been nothing short of remarkable. Today, Cole has become one of the top players on his New Frontier team, which was recently ranked Top 10 in Canada by FTF.

A left-footed and versatile player, Cole has excelled in a variety of positions, often featuring wingback. His technical quality and relentless work ethic have made him a standout player.

What truly separates Cole, however, is his love for the game. He simply wants to be on the pitch. Playing, training, practicing, and improving. He is consistently the last player to leave the field, always staying behind to work on his game.

Cole is admired by everyone at the club. He is a friend to all, well-liked by staff and teammates alike. He represents everything we value at New Frontier.

Nathan – A Special Talent

2012-born Nathan Siasia has been a key player on our 2012 Boys Provincial Championship-winning team and is now competing in his first season in the APDL league.

An exciting attacking player with an eye for goal, Nathan is one of the league’s top scorers. His raw talent is exceptional. He can beat defenders 1v1 with skill, deception, and creativity, making him one of the most exciting young players to watch.

Nathan moved to Canada from Nigeria with his family, and football talent runs deep in the family. There is something truly special about him. His ability to create moments out of nothing, combined with his fearlessness in attacking situations, makes him a unique player with enormous potential.

The future is incredibly bright for this young man.

Congratulations from Everyone at New Frontier

To see two players from our club earn this opportunity with the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Academy is an incredible achievement and a reflection of their talent and character.

Cole and Nathan have both represented our club with prid and passion, and we cannot wait to follow their journeys in Vancouver.

Congratulations, boys! Everyone at New Frontier is proud of you and cheering you on every step of the way!
