New Frontier Academy
A Better Standard of Coaching
At New Frontier Soccer Club, we believe that who coaches your child matters, and so does how they are coached.
We’re not trying to be the biggest club, we’re committed to being known for the best coaching and the best player experience. That commitment drives a simple approach: quality over quantity.
Our Academy Program is intentionally designed around that standard. From staffing to session design, every decision is guided by one core question: Is this actually making the player better?
Quality Coaching at Every Level
New Frontier is proud to be the only club in the city where every team is led by non-volunteer coaches.
While many clubs rely on volunteer coaching models, we’ve chosen a different standard. One built on consistent, accountable coaching for every player.
Every training session and game is led by selected, certified coaches who are committed to player growth and held to a consistent standard across the club.
From U10 to U17, Tier 1 to Tier 5, players are supported by coaches who:
Are professionally trained and licensed
Follow a unified development framework
Are accountable for each player’s progress
This structure allows us to deliver a consistent, high-level Academy experience across all teams, not just select groups.
A Clear Development Pathway
Each age phase of the Academy is led by an experienced coach who understands the specific needs of players at that stage of development.
Foundation Phase (U10–U12)
Led by Bryan Zintel
Formation Phase (U13–U15)
Led by Cat Fox
Performance Phase Transition (U16–U17)
Led by Kevin Francis
This structure ensures players progress through a connected, intentional development model that supports long-term growth.
Our Academy Model: Value Over Volume
Our core Academy program is competitively priced and provides the foundation players need for technical, tactical, and personal development.
To further support players, we offer additional performance-based programs that complement Academy training. Some of these components are mandatory at specific age groups or levels to ensure players are physically prepared for the demands of training and competition, while others are optional.
Families are guided toward what best supports their child, without unnecessary overload.
Concept Fit Program
Concept Fit focuses on developing stronger, faster, healthier athletes through an integrated approach to movement, strength, and injury prevention.
By combining physiotherapy-informed training, athletic development, and close alignment with Academy coaches, Concept Fit helps players move better, stay healthier, and perform with confidence. For some age groups and levels, participation is a required part of the Academy pathway.

Peak Performance Program
Peak Performance is designed for players who want to further develop their individual technical ability.
Sessions emphasize quality repetition, confidence on the ball, and skills that transfer directly to match play. Players are grouped by ability and coached by senior Academy staff.
