Concept Fit Kick Off!

Concept Fit indoor performance sessions are now underway at the Duckett Performance Centre. What an incredible week 1 it’s been! Training in a fully equipped gym has truly elevated our sessions, giving us access to world-class equipment and space to help our players reach their full potential on and off the soccer pitch.

Our Performance program is designed to help players of all fitness levels improve their strength, fitness and become more resilient. This workout program focuses on these 7 key areas:

  1. Strength Training Education – Learning proper form and technique to build confidence when using weights and resistance equipment.

  2. Balance and Stability – Improving coordination and reducing injury risk through focused single leg and cable based exercises.

  3. Cardiovascular Intervals – Boosting endurance and speed with interval-based workouts that challenge your fitness and recovery.

  4. Speed and Agility – Enhancing movement quality and quickness with dynamic drills.

  5. Mobility and Flexibility – Supporting better movement through stretching and functional mobility exercises.

  6. Core Strength and Posture – Developing a solid foundation for soccer.

  7. Fun, Motivating Workouts – Enjoying sessions that are social, fun and something to look forward to each week!
