Cat Fox: CONCACAF A Diploma Achievement

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Cat Fox, our Technical Director, on the successful completion of her CONCACAF A Diploma, the highest coaching license currently available in Canada and a qualification that is internationally recognized across the global game.

The CONCACAF A Diploma represents the pinnacle of coach education in our region, designed for coaches working in high-performance environments. Achieving it requires exceptional commitment, professionalism, and a deep understanding of modern player development.

A Demanding Process

Cat’s journey to earning the diploma involved over 300 hours of work, combining:

  • Extensive online learning

  • Practical evaluations

  • Two intensive residential blocks

    • One week in Langley, Vancouver

    • One week in Vaughan, Ontario

National Team Experience

Further highlighting the level Cat is working at, this December Cat was also on staff for the Canada U16 Women’s National Team camp in Ontario, working alongside top coaches and supporting the country’s leading young female players in a high-performance national environment.

Raising the Standard

Cat’s achievement reflects her dedication to continuous learning and excellence and directly benefits our players, coaches, and programs.

Congratulations, Cat! An outstanding achievement and one we are proud to celebrate.
