NF Joins Forces with PSSA
New Frontier Soccer is proud to announce a new partnership with the Professional Soccer Scouts Association (PSSA) - the US arm of PFSA (Professional Football Scouts Association). This collaboration marks a major step forward in enhancing our college recruitment pathway.
📍 Showcase Opportunity: Orlando, December 4–7
As part of this collaboration, New Frontier will send a team to Orlando this December to compete in PSSA Showcase Games. These matches are designed to give players the chance to perform in front of a network of scouts - including both experienced professionals and those currently completing formal talent ID training through PSSA.
A standout feature of this initiative is the individual scouting reports provided to players. These reports outline each player’s strengths, areas for growth, and alignment with potential college programs. These evaluations can be included in school resumes and used to guide the next steps in the recruitment journey.
To further support players, video footage and highlight reels from the showcase will also be captured. These materials will complement the written reports and help players present a complete picture of their game to college coaches.
This initiative is supported by Winston White, U.S. Director for the Professional Football Scouts Association (PFSA) and a key figure in developing strategic partnerships across the U.S. Winston brings over 600 professional appearances as a player, along with academic credentials in sports management and leadership. He works closely with organizations such as USSF, MLS, and USL, as well as clubs like Orlando City SC, FC Dallas, D.C. United, and more.
We will host a PSSA x NF Presentation in August (date TBC) to provide players and families with more information about the program and how to get the most out of the experience.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for our players to showcase their abilities, receive meaningful feedback, and take real steps toward the next level of their soccer journey. We’re proud to be part of it.”
- Brendan O’Connell, Director of Football
